莫霍克将收购Foss地板

Dalton, GA, July 5, 2022-Mohawk Industries has entered into an agreement to purchase Foss Floors, "which will add new product categories and create tremendous opportunities for our business," according to a recent memo to Mohawk employees.
此次收购预计将于今年第三季度完成。
The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of this year.
根据备忘录，Foss将向莫霍克家组织报告，并将继续与Brian Warren领导的现有领导团队合作，Warren将向莫霍克家主席Rocky Casteel报告。
Per the memo, Foss will report to the Mohawk Home organization and will continue to operate with its current leadership team, led by Brian Warren, who will report to Mohawk Home president Rocky Casteel.

Foss sells primarily to national home centers and other manufacturers, the memo states.
